Welcome to the KHAIRILZHAFRI.COM WiFi Service (“Service”). This Service is offered by Khairil Zhafri LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to provide you with WiFi access in exchange for a minimum donation of $5 USD. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

  1. DONATION AND ACCESS
    To access the Service, you must make a minimum donation of 5.00 USD through the provided Stripe payment link. Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive a WiFi password that grants you access to the Service. The password is valid for a limited time and may expire at any time. You may not share, distribute, or resell this password.

  2. ACCEPTABLE USE
    You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

    • You may not use the Service to transmit or distribute any material that is illegal, defamatory, offensive, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory.
    • You may not use the Service to engage in any activity that is harmful to minors or that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
    • You may not use the Service for any commercial purposes, including advertising, solicitation, or the sale of goods or services.

  3. PRIVACY
    We respect your privacy and will not collect or store any personal information about you while you are using the Service, except as required by law.

  4. AS-IS BASIS
    The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that it will be secure or available at any particular time or location.

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Khairil Zhafri LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, or other expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise directly or indirectly out of or from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

  8. GOVERNING LAW
    These Terms and your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within State of Delaware, United States to resolve any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service.
